TELKOM business ethics consists of a set of Policy Work Ethic and Business Ethics that is designed to support the growth and transformation of the Company in the future.
Business Ethics TELKOM TELKOM also known as The Way ("TTW") 135, containing several elements become part of every employee, as a basic assumption, the three main values and the five employees' behavior. The basic concept is "Committed to You" (Committed 2 U). Meanwhile, the three main values are: customer appreciation, superior service, and competent human resources. Then, the five behavioral measures: to win the competition, reaching goals, simplify, involving everyone, the quality in every job, and an award to the winner. TTW 135 is expected to create an effective cultural control over how to feel, way of looking, ways of thinking and ways of behaving, by all employees of TELKOM.

Business Ethics TELKOM consists of several provisions that define the individual employee to maintain a professional attitude, honest, fair and consistent business practices with all stakeholders (customers, business partners, shareholders, competitors and society). Business Ethics TELKOM also stressed the commitment to comply with the rules and regulations. As a state owned business and a flagship in information and communications in Indonesia, TELKOM shall maintain a transparent and constructive relations with the government as regulator and majority shareholder of the Company. This is important in order to avoid conflicts of interest and to protect minority shareholders.

To enforce the implementation of TELKOM Business Ethics, management strives to increase understanding of employees about the importance of ethical business practices. This was done through a process of 135 Patriot Gathering, held every Wednesday for 30 minutes, led and supervised by each head unit and reported to the Directorate of Human Capital & General Affair on the 5th of each month. In addition to the above business ethics, Telkom is also implementing a number of policies to minimize the risk of the deal are not fair and fraud by issuing regulations that prohibit gratuities, whistleblower policy and anti-fraud policy.

NO POLICY Gratuities
TELKOM has implemented policies that apply to all employees and management, including prohibiting the giving or receiving money, goods, facilities or giving any kind of inappropriate, including disabled persons to or from government officials, working partners, business partners or other parties that may affect his duties as senior officials as well as an employee of TELKOM.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REPORTING (whistleblower)
In an effort to apply the GCG and the company's values and to comply with the provisions of Section 404 in SOA, TELKOM has implemented policies and reporting procedures which include how to accommodate and handle the complaints in order to build a company that is more transparent and professional.

Terms of SOA Section 404 has revolutionized the internal control over financial reporting using the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations ("COSO") framework which includes controls at the transactional level and entity level. Audit Committee as one element of internal control is required to hold a whistleblower policy and procedures for receiving, reviewing and following up complaints mainly delivered by the employees of the Company.

Anti-Fraud Policy
Directors are committed to preventing such violations through integrated management structure and internal control standards ranging from entity to process transactional level. Management routinely conduct joint efforts with business units to minimize the risk of deviations and continually improve the ongoing policies and business processes.
